Kevin Terry—President and Founder

Kevin has spent his career building and enhancing radio stations across the US and Montana. Working in the radio industry since the age of fourteen as an owner, programmer, engineer, and marketer, Kevin brings a wealth of experience to the company. With his vast network of relationships across the industry, he continues to consult other broadcasters in both signal development and programming.

 

 

 

Becky Smith—Vice President

No stranger to media in Western Montana, Becky has owned radio stations, print publications and Internet companies. She has a history of successfully growing market share and profitability as well as overcoming adversity.

As a longtime resident and a University of Montana graduate, Becky has a deep understanding of the Missoula area and its citizens.  Her colleagues know her as candid, thoughtful, resourceful and caring.

Becky is committed to lending her extensive experience toward the success of her clients. “I was born with a desire to succeed, but my true passion is to help others succeed.” She directs this unbridled energy toward Montana Radio Company, its advertising clients, and the Missoula area. The Community Kindness Project is Becky’s creation.

 

 

 

Ross Rademacher—General Manager

Having owned his own advertising business and given marketing seminars to thousands of businesses nationwide, Ross drives business success. He’s consulted across multiple industries and gained the insight to see patterns within business and the people behind them. Ross recognizes their challenges and can help create marketing strategies to overcome them.

Ross guides the advertising team to support their clients through empathy, preparedness, and tenacity, built upon a foundation of business and marketing knowledge. “We need to be able to act as business counselors to our clients, to relate to their problems and provide viable advertising methods to address those challenges.” His colleagues describe Ross as  insightful and extremely knowledgeable about business and marketing.

In addition to his vast knowledge in marketing, Ross earned his Master’s degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Montana. Cool Green Home is his brainchild.
